Founded in 1977 by Walter McGrath following the death of his son from a heroin overdose. Odyssey is now one of Australia’s most successful rehabilitation services.

Meet Stella
For decades, Stella struggled with post-traumatic stress disorder and substance use. At age 50 she was admitted to hospital due to a drug induced psychosis episode, where she was connected to Odyssey.
Today, Stella is making progress in her recovery and has reconnected with her family and culture.
